At JerkmateShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your JerkmateShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products show no signs of wear or washing.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
